I was in market for an English bulldog puppy, and as many of you know—or will find out soon: it is an industry full of scams, shortcuts, sick dogs (the real victims of course, with the owners who get stuck going through the heart-break of health complications and early death as a close second.). I was very leery , cautious, and diligent in my research on a breeder who was credible, had healthy dogs, and just like everyone else desires: dogs who look like beautiful, wrinkled, muscular little tanks. After several conversations with Chad—both via email and over the phone, I was blown away with his professionalism, knowledge on the breed, and approach to breeding this misunderstood, comical breed. Chad does things right: his dogs are healthy as can be, his prices are a steal for what the dogs will bring to your life—and he is always available for questions and concerns you have about your new dog. This is my third bully breed (I have another older English, and an Olde English), and the first breeder I will be doing business again with in the future. I personally witnessed a tragedy where a friend of mine purchased a dog from Chad that died within only a few weeks due to some rare genetic trait that’s not typically expressed. A true professional, Chad came to the rescue and arranged to have another puppy delivered to mend her broken heart and help her deal with the loss (and significant vet bills associated). Everywhere I walk Irish Cream, she gets overwhelmed with attention by passers-by—I’ve even had people stop their cars while driving to see her. I NEVER hesitate to refer people to Chad, and constantly sing his praises at local meet-ups. Here forward, I plan on only doing business with Chad.
